DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Domenico N. Sanna from two orders of the Family Court, Dutchess County, both dated August 15, 2023. Renewed motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and pursuant to Family Court Act 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,
