Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2024, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directed the transfer of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
