Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 15, 2023. July 28, 2023, August 15, 2023, and August 10, 2023, respectively. Motion by the respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal from the order dated May 15, 2023. Motion by the appellants to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the respondents is granted, and on or before December 30, 2024, the respondents shall serve and file the respondents' brief on the appeal from the order dated May 15, 2023, via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellants which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellants which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
