Appeal by Patrick T. Seymour from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 21, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ryan R. Sharpe, dated October 28, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Kapri R. Raymond is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(1) the respondent Kapri R. Raymond is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Kapri R. Raymond is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Kapri R. Raymond, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
