People v Bligen, Harry
It is Ordered that the motion of the defendant-appellant seeking to abate the appeal due to the appellant's death is granted. The matter is remanded to the Criminal Court, New York County, to vacate the judgment of conviction and to dismiss the accusatory instrument (see People v Wisdom, 213 AD3d 536 [2023]).
