2021-00142 In the Matter of Mark Curatolo, respondent, v Daniel Donahue, etc., et al., appellants. (Index No. 602980/2020)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 23, 2020. By order to show cause dated July 22, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nonfinal order in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (see CPLR 5701[b][1]).
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
MILLER, J.P., DOWLING, TAYLOR and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
