Appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 7, 2024, August 13, 2024, and August 15, 2024, respectively, which were determined by decisions and orders of this Court dated October 11, 2024. Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order which determined the appeal from the order entered August 7, 2024. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order which determined the appeal from the order entered August 13, 2024. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order which determined the appeal from the order entered August 15, 2024. Motion by the respondents, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to vacate any stay of enforcement of the orders entered August 7, 2024, August 13, 2024, and August 15, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions by the appellants are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents is denied as academic.
