Appellant having moved to consolidate the appeals taken herein from the judgments of the Steuben County Court, rendered November 14, 2023, and for extensions of time to perfect the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion with respect to consolidation is granted, and the appeals are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion with respect to the request for extensions of time to perfect is dismissed as unnecessary.
