Appeals by Gloria M. Luciano from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, both dated July 12, 2024. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of James R. Pawliczek, dated July 31, 2024, it is

ORDERED that the petitioner-respondent is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

and it is further,

(1) the petitioner-respondent is interested in responding to the appeals, or

(2) the petitioner-respondent is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that she has been unable to contact the petitioner-respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
