Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 27, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, to stay enforcement of the judgment, and to stay the sale and transfer of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
