ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 2, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered May 1, 2024, is amended by deleting from the first line thereof the word "Nassau" and substituting therefor the word "Suffolk."
