Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 18, 2023. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order and all proceedings in the above-entitled proceeding, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and his prior motion to return payment of Brandon D.'s Social Security Disability benefits to the appellant, which were determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2024, and, in effect, for summary dismissal of the petition.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
