DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 31, 2023.

Renewed motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
