Appeal by Jacqueline M., also known as Jacqueline A., and separate appeal by Adam A. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 13, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant Adam A. to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeal of Adam A.
