Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 6, 2024. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth all assets, both real and personal, including the value of, equity in, and any income derived from rent of the appellant's home, and all sources of income, including current and former employment and the value of stocks, bonds or other securities owned by the appellant, and why any former employment is no longer available.
