DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 22, 2024. Motion by the appellants-respondents Sanjiv Chand, Kedis Enterprises, LLC, 320 East Montauk Highway LLC, KNK Food Group LLC, Yarmas Properties LLC, Pioneer Commack LLC, Pioneer CI LLC, Pioneer DP LLC, Pioneer Huntington LLC, Pioneer Amityville LLC, JMVD Realty Partners 2 LLC, Fortune New Rochelle LLC, SRC Port Chester Enterprises LLC, SRC Food Enterprises LLC, SRC Norwalk Enterprises LLC and Empire MSG Foods LLC to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
