DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated October 15, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of the order as dismisses the petition as to the subject child Jacob M. and to continue a temporary order of protection of the same court, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, enforcement of so much of the order as dismisses the petition as to the subject child Jacob M. is stayed, the temporary order of protection dated May 3, 2023, is continued, and the respondent-respondent's contact with the subject child Jacob M. shall be limited to visitation supervised by the agency or an agency-approved resource, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
