DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Court of Claims dated April 26, 2023, and September 19, 2023, respectively, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeals, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
