Appeal by Jeantov Hercsky from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated November 29, 2023. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeal. The appellant's motion for the assignment of counsel was granted on April 15, 2024, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
