The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v John Jackson, Appellant.

Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered April 4, 2022.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent shall serve and file its brief on or before December 20, 2024; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant may, if he be so advised, serve and file a reply brief within 7 days of service upon him of respondent's brief.
