It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction is granted on condition that the respondent-appellant perfect their appeal for the April 2025 term. Appellant's briefs are to be filed on or before February 11, 2025. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before March 5, 2025; reply briefs, if any, are due on March 14, 2025.
