DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 14, 2024. Motion by Jenny A. Covington, an attorney in good standing in the State of Minnesota, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon proper papers, including an affidavit of the applicant stating that she is associated with a member in good standing of the New York bar, which member shall be the attorney of record in the matter, and an affirmation in support of the application from the New York attorney who is counsel of record in the matter (see 22 NYCRR 1250.4[e]).
