| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Edward A. Ambrosino for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Ambrosino was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on December 5, 1990. By decision and order on motion dated April 2, 2020, Ambrosino was immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Judiciary Law § 90(4)(f) based on his conviction of a serious crime. By opinion and order of this Court dated April 14, 2021, Ambrosino was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years (see Matter of Ambrosino, 194 AD3d 168).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Edward A. Ambrosino, admitted as Edward Anthony Ambrosino, does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS, and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
