| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |

DeSantiago-Keene was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on May 30, 1984, under the name Gareth D. Keene. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 16, 2023, DeSantiago-Keene was suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months, commencing September 16, 2023 (see Matter of DeSantiago-Keene, 219 AD3d 53).
