DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
FOR REINSTATEMENT

Motion by Thomas Dixon Kelliher, Jr., for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Kelliher was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 10, 2001. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 16, 2022, Kelliher was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing April 18, 2022 (see Matter of Kelliher, 204 AD3d 119).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

We find that Thomas Dixon Kelliher, Jr., does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
