Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated June 27, 2022, and March 13, 2023, respectively, which were determined by decisions and orders of this Court, both dated December 18, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeals. By order on certification of this Court dated April 26, 2023, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
