DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated February 17, 2023,

which was determined by decision and order of this Court, dated May 15, 2024. Motion by the petitioner-respondent for leave to reargue the appeal or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by assigned counsel for the respondent-respondent to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel. By order on certification of this Court dated August 30, 2023, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the petitioner-respondent and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent-respondent and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the petitioner-respondent is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by assigned counsel for the respondent-respondent is granted, and said assigned counsel is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
