| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.21 to appoint an inventory attorney to take custody of the legal files of Eliyahu Schulman, an attorney admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on April 24, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and Catherine A. Sheridan, Esq., Chief Counsel, Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, 150 Motor Parkway, Suite 306, Hauppauge, NY 11788, is hereby appointed as inventory attorney (1) to take custody of and inventory the files of Eliyahu Schulman, including any original wills, (2) to take custody of and safeguard the records of any business, escrow, trust, or special bank account of Eliyahu Schulman, (3) to receive, open, and read mail addressed to Eliyahu Schulman at his regular place of business, and (4) to take such action as is deemed proper and advisable to protect the interests of the former clients of Eliyahu Schulman.
