Appeals from two orders of the County Court, Suffolk County, both dated November 1, 2023. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel, in effect, to dismiss the appeals on the ground that they have been rendered academic by the appellant's death on August 10, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
