Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 16, 2022, and an order and an amended judgment of the same court, both dated March 13, 2023. The appeals from the order and the amended judgment were withdrawn by decision and order on application of this Court dated January 19, 2024. By order to show cause dated November 1, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the judgment on the ground that the judgment was superseded by the amended judgment.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the judgment is granted and the appeal from the judgment is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
