Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 21, 2020, November 10, 2021, December 22, 2021, and October 23, 2023, respectively, and two judgments of the same court, one dated November 15, 2023, and one entered November 15, 2023. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment entered November 15, 2023, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to direct that the appeals from the order dated October 23, 2023, and the judgment entered November 15, 2023, be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated December 21, 2020, November 10, 2021, and December 22, 2021.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the judgment entered November 15, 2023, is granted and enforcement of that judgment is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appeals to be calendared together is granted, and the appeals from the order dated October 23, 2023, and the judgment entered November 15, 2023, will be calendared together with the appeals from the orders dated December 21, 2020, November 10, 2021, and December 22, 2021, and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
