Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 22, 2023. The appeals by the appellants Wayne Drug of Pulaski Inc. and Mahakali Corporation were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Brian D. Schmalzbach, an attorney in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellant Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. on the appeal.
