Appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated April 8, 2020, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 26, 2023. Motion by Mark Greenberg for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Motion by Bousquet Holsgtein, PLLC, to withdraw as counsel for the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Mark Greenberg and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Bousquet Holsgtein, PLLC, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to withdraw as counsel for the appellant is denied as academic.
