Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the temporary stay issued by this Court on November 1, 2024 is vacated, and
It is further ORDERED that Adams & Resse, LLP., is directed to unseal the items and documents on the law firm's privilege log that the special master found to not be privileged and to disclose them on or before December 16, 2024.
