An order having been entered on November 21, 2024, granting petitioner-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Julie Cianca, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Drew DuBrin, Esq., dated December 10, 2024, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Andrew DiPasquale, Esq., 45 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 400, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered September 17, 2024, in place and stead of Julie Cianca, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Monroe County Family Court Clerk provide Andrew DiPasquale, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to February 25, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
