Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 23, 2024. Motion by the respondent Martha Aponte to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument. Motion by the respondent Southfork Podiatry, P.C., to dismiss the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
