Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 10, 2024, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2024, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from an order that is not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2024, and to reinstate the appeal, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
