| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 9, 2023. By order to show cause dated October 18, 2024, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 22, 2024, which directed the appellant to perfect the appeal on or before April 22, 2024.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without costs and disbursements, for failure to perfect the appeal in accordance with the prior order of this Court.
