Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order is granted, enforcement of the order is stayed, and the injunction set forth in an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 20, 2023, remains in full force and effect, pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
