Motion by respondent for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered September 8, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent shall serve and file its brief within 10 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,
ORDERED the appellant, if it be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief with seven days of service upon it of respondent's brief.
