Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated June 14, 2024, and October 16, 2024, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2024, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, in effect, to withdraw the motion for leave to prosecute the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2024, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, for leave to consolidate the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
