Appeal by Kenneth Shaw from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 18, 2024. Motion by assigned counsel for the appellant to be relieved of the assignment and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute the appeal. Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
