DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated November 15, 2023. Motion by the attorney for the children Shifra W., Devorah W., and Ester W., to be relieved and for the assignment of new attorneys for the children to respond to the appeal. Motion by the attorney for the children Yissochar W. and Abraham W., to extend the time to serve and file a brief. ORDERED that the attorneys for the children are directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children Yissochar W. and Abraham W., to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and on or before February 18, 2025, the attorney for the children Yissochar W. and Abraham W., shall serve and file a brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
