| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 16, 2019, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 6, 2022. By opinion dated April 25, 2024, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings before this Court, pending hearing and determination of a petition for a writ of certiorari and any appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all proceedings before this Court are stayed, pending hearing and determination of the petition for a writ of certiorari and any appeal to the Supreme Court of the United States.
The parties shall advise this Court expeditiously when the Supreme Court of the United States determines the petition for a writ of certiorari and, if granted, any appeal.
