Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 7, 2016, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated January 26, 2022. By opinion dated May 18, 2023, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court and remitted the matter to this Court for further proceedings. Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
