Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 14, 2024, and September 30, 2024, respectively. Motion by the appellants to confirm that an automatic stay of the orders is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(1), or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
