Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 14, 2021, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated November 14, 2023. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that motion is granted, and on or before February 18, 2025, the appellant shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, and replacement digital copies of the record and appellant's brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 14, 2021, with corrected covers for the record and appellant's brief which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-12417 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2021-05197.
