Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 20, 2023. Motion by the respondents Ruthanne Visnauskas and New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before February 21, 2025, the respondents Ruthanne Visnauskas and New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal shall serve and file their brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time for the respondent Bayridge Air Rights, Inc. to serve and file a brief is extended, and on or before February 21, 2025, the respondent Bayridge Air Rights, Inc. shall serve and file its brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
