| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 1, 2024. Motion by counsel assigned to represent the respondent by the Supreme Court, Queens County, to be relieved of the assignment to respond to the appeal, for the assignment of new counsel, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and James Palumbo, 12516 Queens Blvd., Kew Gardens, NY 11415, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
