Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 17, 2023. Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue the branch of their prior motion which was for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from this Court's decision and order on motion dated April 17, 2024, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2024. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file opposition to the respondents' motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondents and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellants and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
